Cook It

The act of cooking and sharing meals with my family and friends gives me so much pleasure. I love how you can chat to anyone about food and they immediately light up. I have bonded with a lot of people over it and have learnt so much in return.

People say to me all the time that they are bad cooks but I don’t believe there is such a thing. You just need to be willing to learn from your experiences, experiment a lot and accept that some dishes will fail. 🙂

I really appreciate a person’s decision to eat in a particular way for health and or ethical reasons. I know that just because one makes such a decision there is no reason why they have to miss out on good food.
