Grow It, Catch It, Cook It

I experimented with this marinade last weekend and it worked a treat. I hope you try it with different ratios of the ingredients 🙂

Mix together using a wet mixer:

• a slug of lemon juice
• a slug Worcestershire sauce
• a slug of soy sauce
• black peppercorns to taste.
