Chicken Frames And Bones

Everything but the cluck cooking ends with using chicken frames and bones!

I like to have an ‘everything but the oink’ or this case ‘cluck’ approach to cooking. So after deboning a whole chicken I use the bones to make stocks and stews. I then go one step further and make bone meal for my garden.
