These lamb chops are so easy to prepare ahead of time and talk about amazing taste. The sesame and cumin seeds pair with the lamb so well.
Simply take your lamb chops, I used forequarter chops, or fillets and rub with olive oil. Peanut oil works a treat too.
Grind some pepper and salt to taste and then sprinkle, in an equal ratio, your desired amount of sesame seeds and cumin seeds.
Pop them in the fridge the day before if you can.
Then bake, grill or barbeque them.
